ShiftID is not a career counselling service. Your identity pattern result is based on your answers at a specific point in time using a pattern-matching model. Results may differ if you take the quiz again. All content on shiftid.ai — including but not limited to the quiz questions, identity pattern model, report framework, scoring methodology, prompt library, written content, design, graphics and branding — is the intellectual property of AI Shift Digital Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The ShiftID Identity Mirror methodology — including the pattern scoring model, the four identity pattern framework, the Mirror Question design, the prompt generation system, and all associated algorithms — constitutes proprietary intellectual property of AI Shift Digital Ltd. This methodology is a trade secret protected under the Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018 and applicable UK and international law.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase you agree to our payment provider's terms of service. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
ShiftID offers a range of digital products including personalised prompt packs, identity reports and other professional development tools. All paid products are digital and delivered instantly upon confirmed payment. By purchasing and accessing a digital product you acknowledge that delivery is immediate and that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ceases upon delivery of the digital content, subject to your statutory rights.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Shift Digital Ltd and its directors, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use our services cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability and governing law) shall survive.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of ShiftID services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
